Yeah, Hinamizawa technically didn't have a school. It was a building lent by the Town's Council to Chie-sensei and the director, to teach those whose parents didn't want to sent to Okinomiya which is an hour away from the village on bike.

However most of the children went to the school in Okinomiya, because it had better facilities and clubs and all. The baseball club still came to Hinamizawa for practices though.
