031st Shattering * Fourth Wall Event

	To be honest, Keiichi is still far from being in his best mood. It has barely been a week since Minato left, but he still wants to do nothing but stay at home and curl in the bed. Unfortunately he can't allow himself that luxury, not when he has Ange there and he doesn't want her to worry, not when he still has friends that will worry. And he's not the only one hurt, after all, he may not be an adult yet, but he's not enough of a kid to act as if he's the only one hurt. So even if his heart feels like a stone that tugs him down and even if at every corner he turns he wants to do nothing but run back to his house and mope forever, Keiichi forces himself to go out. He doesn't pay much attention to who is around though, in fact he doesn't even register the fact that the place is much crowded than it should. Expect him to bump into everything and everyone because looking where he's going is too cliché for him.








	Ikki isn't impressed by the invasion, neither is he interested. He's only out and around the town because he has to take his wolf, Hyoga, out for a walk. Don't think for a second that he's out there checking for someone he may now, or for a certain brown-haired girl who has too much energy in herself and a weakness for yellow overalls. He doesn't have his hopes up, anyway, just because the place is suddenly crowded it doesn't mean he will be able to find anyone he wants to talk to. He just hopes to not be bothered too much by those he has no interest in. His wolf, though, is of the opposite opinion and will stop and bark at anyone and everyone it crosses paths with. Don't worry, though, the animal doesn't bite, he just likes attention. ~~And to drag Ikki into interactions with people~~.








	When Yoh woke up today he thought he was back at Tokyo due all the fuss that he could heard outside, of course it didn't take long for him to realize that he was still in Luceti. He would lie if he said that he liked how busy and crowded the village has suddenly got, Luceti's not prepared for these kind of things, it's a village, a big one but still a far cry from a city. Still, he knows it could be much worse, and despite the mild annoyance he feels deep down, Yoh goes out to explore and check what's going on. He will be found at the fountain for most of the day when he's not wandering around, sitting on a bench and looking at everyone or... Plainly sleeping with his headphones on. Who cares if it's the middle of winter and there's yet snow around, the idea that he may get a cold doesn't even cross his mind.

[ She would be glad to see that smile - if she would bother to look up and see it, that is. Currently she's too busy smushing her cheeks against him in the hug in an attempt to be as close to him as possible. Maybe later she'll look up and see. ]

.. Yeah. [ SHAMELESSLY ADMITTING IT.. ] I mean, I could have gone looking for Ikki-kun then, but.. I think I might just have gotten lost, so if I'd wait in Ikki-kun's room for him, he'd always come back, right?

So then Ikki-kun would come and see me there for sure sooner or later.

[He smiles just a little more, holding her close and without complain. To be honest, it's a bit annoying that they are on the street, but they aren't in the middle of it so there aren't many who would stare so it's not that bad. And Ikki doesn't mind spending hours and hours just holding her like that, specially when she feels as such a perfect fit for his arms and she seems to be so content with just that.]

A Kotomi-chan sitting in my apartment waiting for me... I don't think I would mind that surprise at all, except because I would have made you wait for me.

If you're willing to do that I'll have to make sure to get a few books to have there so you can read them while you wait.

[ That thought excites her so much that she even pulls back her head a little, staring up at him in his grasp with wide eyes. It's surprise.. and amazement, honestly, that sounds like the best plan ever to her. It's like her favourite two things combined, both Ikki and books. ]

I can just go read there and then afterwards Ikki-kun will show up..?

[He chuckles and nods.]

Yes, always and whenever you want to do it. And I'll always show up and you can tell me about what you read. How does that sound?

That sounds great. I'd really, really like that.. It sounds like a very nice kind of day to have together with Ikki-kun whenever.

[ Then again, she's always happy around him, isn't she? Not that it's difficult to make Kotomi happy, but still, he easily manages to do it just by being there. ]

[It's a good thing she gets happy so easily... Otherwise Ikki may not have been able to make her happy at all. But he has been lucky enough for her to be happy with him just being there, he's not sure if it's really a blessing or a curse because of how it's bond to end sooner or later. And not only will it end but he will forget it, won't he? He won't even have the memory to cherish it or to comfort himself when he's back in his world. Though if he doesn't have it then he won't suffer because of it, though he can't help but wonder if he won't feel that something is amiss, that something that should be there isn't.

He sighs and hugs her a bit more tightly, as if that gesture alone would warrant her to always be there, within his reach. As if that would make the memory of her voice, her face, her eyes, her scent, her sweet Cosmos, stay even once he leaves Luceti. He knows it won't, but he still tries it, saying nothing else for a little, just enjoying her presence and warmth against his body.]

[ Of course she's completely oblivious to all of his thoughts. But Kotomi never minds hugging him, in his arms is the place she prefers to be either way, so she doesn't mind staying here for however long it lasts. Even if it would be hours on end, honestly - like Kotomi is aware of her surroundings enough to know how much time is passing, she totlaly isn't.

So she clings to him even as it lasts and lasts, not taking a single step away from him - from the person she loves the most, the one whose side she wants to stay next to. ]

[PROBABLY the biggest shipper in Luceti. Awwwwwww.]

[Look at you two. Giving him shipper feels.... He can't. He just can't.]

Hey Ikki, Kotomi-chan. [NODS TO YOU BOTH.] I was just going to take a shift in the restaurant and it's dinner time.

[Unlike Smoker, Marco is thoroughly unaware that this is probably a hug that has been going on for hours. He'd tell you guys to get a room, but given his other conversation with Ikki this weekend, he's pretty sure it'd go to waste.] How about you two come inside and I'll cook you something up, eh? Did you find anyone from home this weekend?

[Marco found tons of his family so he's in the best mood he's ever been in.]

[Ikki was just busy watching Kotomi smushing her cheeks against him, one hand lazily petting her long and pretty hair while the other wrapped around her body holding her close and safe. Just that simple act is enough for him, it's more than he could have ever expected to be able to have after all. And it's not as if he has anything else to do that is more important or urgent than spending time with her. Not to mention the security it gave him to see her there close to him, as if that could keep her there forever.

He was so busy that he had stopped paying attention to the Cosmos of those around him, so when Marco appears out of nowhere (or so it seemed) Ikki is actually a bit surprised and quickly looks up at him. Soon, his expression morphs into slight confusion.]

It's not dinner time yet, Marco. Lunch time was barely an hour ago or so.

I found someone but other than that and finding Selphie, it has been pretty calm.

[Though he is a bit hungry now that he thinks about it. He gives the sky a look, finding it a bit darker than it was when he met Kotomi... How long had they been hugging?

On his part, Hyoga, quickly goes to Marco and basically jumps him, licking at him in gratitude because the animal is starving already and it would have gone mad if those two kept hugging for even another minute.]

[ Yeah, Kotomi has no idea either how long it's been. She has to turn her face away from Ikki to even look at Marco, but she just looks a little surprised and confused.. she didn't find anyone from home, so she doesn't mention that, but the other question makes her tug on Ikki a little. ]

Ikki-kun, let's get something to eat together.. Wouldn't it be fun?

Uh... Looks like you lost track of time matey. [Bends down to ruffle Hyoga's ears.] Look, even Hyoga knows it's been forever. How long have you been out here?

[Shakes his head in amusement, relieved that Kotomi-chan spoke up.] Come on you two, I'll get you candles and everything. And something for Hyoga, eh?

[Poor hungry dog. Stefan never would have waited that long.]

[Ikki makes a face at Marco's words, yeah he pretty much lost track of time... And it's not the first time it happens, neither will be the last. It's all Kotomi's fault for not letting go first.]

What does it matter? We weren't bothering anyone.

[So defensive... Yes, Marco, they have been here for hours. Someone should tell Smoker, he needs to know that they broke the record of their first hug by far.

Anyway he nods, moving to follow Marco, making sure that his girl stays close to him. Preferably clinging to his arm, but he won't ask for that.]

Fine, that doesn't sound like a bad idea. You can keep the candles to yourself though, unless Kotomi-chan wants them.

.. I wouldn't mind candles..

[ She shrinks a little into herself at it, as if she's wondering whether it's a bad thing to say that if Ikki doesn't want them, she just thinks it might be pretty and fun, but she doesn't want to make Ikki annoyed or anything either, so she just stares between the guys for a few moments, not exactly moving to hold Ikki though. ]

[Grins ear to ear.] Candles it is then.

Come on Ikki, they're romantic!

[There are many things he could say to Marco as a reply to that bullshit comment about candles being romantic, but none of them are nice and some of them are even taboo with Kotomi around. Anyway he said that he would go with them if Kotomi wanted them and she clearly wants them so...

Ikki smiles a bit at her and pets her head for a second. His hand then travels down in a caress over her cheek to rest under her chin and nudge her face up a bit so she looks at him.]

If you want candles we will have candles, as many as you want. Okay?

[And yeah, he's totally ignoring Marco right now, because screw you and your candles Marco, you're lucky she wants them.]

[ That's at least the right way to get her to calm down a little again and stop worrying. Ikki is smiling despite the whole candles thing now, after all, and he says it's okay, so.. she nods, just a little since him nudging her face like that doesn't give her much room to nod. ]

Hmm.. I'd really, really like that. Thank you, Ikki-kun..

[Shipper feels. HE IS FULL OF SHIPPER FEELS. Fuller of them than a fangirl on tumblr spamming Supernatural gifs and rolling around like a kitten and screaming like a goat. That full.]

[LOOK AT THIS GIDDINESS YOU INDUCED AND BE AFRAID.]

Okay come on in and I'll fire you up something to eat.

[Control yourself Marco, you make Ikki feel uncomfortable with all that giddiness. That's also why he just nods at Kotomi and stops nudging her face without kissing her again or anything, instead he moves to secure one of her hands in his own hand.]

Make sure to not fire it up too much, Marco. Charcoal doesn't taste good.

[Teasing, he knows Marco isn't that bad of a cook.]

Kotomi-chan, is there anything in special you would like to eat? Maybe he could prepare it.

[ If only Kotomi noticed things a little more.. Marco's giddy mood completely goes over her head, she just blinks as if nothing's going on. THIS IS CLEARLY HOW MARCO ALWAYS JUST IS, RIGHT..

But she smiles a little when Ikki holds hands with her, as if just that is enough to make a tiny blush appear on her face. Kotomi's a very simple girl, okay. ]

N-.. no. I'd like to eat anything at all with Ikki-kun and Marco-kun..

[Dawwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww that's adorable. Marco will have the best shipper blog in Luceti and collect pictures and fanart of them.]

How does a fruit parfait sound, Kotomi-chan? And I can get one of those drinks with the two straws for you two to share!

[... Seriously. It is impossible for anyone to ship anything more than Marco ships this right now. Be very very afraid.]

It will have to be three straws, you're having some too, Marco-kun.

[Apparently. According to what Kotomi said, she said she would like to eat anything with both of them. Part of Ikki is annoyed but if it's that way maybe then Marco will stop sending those unnerving vibes.]

[ Hey, you know what Kotomi is like, she's just grabbing every chance she has to make a few more friends here. So she stares between Ikki and Marco, blinking as if she's a little confused.. but then she nods at Marco. ]

I'd like a fruit parfait..

Two straws. Sorry you two, but I have to work. I'll stop in to check on you every so often though.

[He is just going to like... skip, as he leads them in and goes back to get things started and a bowl of water for Hyoga and steak.]

[Cursing you and your work here, Marco. You coming to check on every so often probably means you giving off even more of those shipper vibes.]

Seems it will be just you and me then, Kotomi-chan. Are you sad?

[ She was just listening to Marco, but when Ikki asks that she turns her head in hi direction, blinking a little as if she doesn't get it at all. ]

Why would I be sad..? A.. ah, s-should I be sad? [ Did she do something wrong?! ]
