Back when Haruki was sent home, so, a few months ago.

Actually I didn't realize about the loop until Haruki told me. I had those... Deja vú feelings and strange dream-like memories but assumed they were just nightmares or so. Not that they had been, well, real.

...it's kind of weird that Haruki's the one who pointed it out, isn't it?

Uhm... You know Hanyuu? The little girl that lives with me? Light violet hair... Horns...

She has some powers, one of them was to allow that kind of time loop to happen. She did it in order to save Rika's life, uhm she's another friend don't know if you know her too. Basically Rika got murdered and shortly after the whole village was killed using her death as a excuse by the same person who killed her. Hanyuu used her powers to allow Rika's consciousness to go from one loop to the next in an attempt to find a way to avoid that destiny.

Me remembering a few things vaguely was a kind of side-effect of all those loops though Hanyuu only had power to do it for Rika I think.

[Oh, she knows. Haruki may or may not have told her...kinda like how he told her about Rena's condition. There's a lot of shared secrets between those two.]

I don't think I've met Rika, but I've heard of her. [She shakes her head though.] So Hanyuu kind of used her powers to help cheat death. Did anybody else have any other side-effects?

Kind of... She didn't really cheat death, Rika still died, we still died. But somehow the consciousness or something remained and went on for another loop... I can't explain it very well.

[He could offer a better explanation but he tries to not remember too much about Primo.]

I didn't know that part. I knew about Rena and the syndrome and Hanyuu being Oya--powerful...but that's all just what Haruki told me. I didn't want to bring it up in case I wasn't supposed to actually know.
