Have you ever ice-skated? We could go to the lake, I don't think it will snow today despite how the sky looks.

While I appreciate the effort from the Malnosso to bring in the Christmas mood... I still would have preferred to be able to decorate the house myself and decide what lights it has and all that. Guess we could still do it despite this.
How many of you are spending Christmas here for the first time? Or even hearing the term Christmas for the first time, I guess there are many of those. If you're curious, Christmas is basically a winter holiday, it has religious background but it also has a pagan tradition. Back on Earth many different religions and countries have it or an equivalent holiday. In simple terms it's a way to celebrate the end of the year and the start of the new one, also there's a tradition of giving and receiving gifts on the 25th, which is Christmas day. Or getting them from Santa Claus, or the Malnosso like last year.
It's a holiday to spend with friends, family and loved ones... Does everyone have someone to celebrate it with?

By the way, anyone has some advice to share regarding what to do for a special girl on Christmas? I don't mean regarding gifts, I have that covered, but... You know, getting her somewhere or doing something special, I suppose. It doesn't have to be necessarily romantic, it's preferred if it's not too romantic, even.

['...Ah, yes, the square on that game board. "Ask Keiichi about Ange."']
An Ange-management class, perhaps?
no subject
[Stupid game board. Stupid Haruhi.]

['...I wonder if Haruhi could make the hot pot again? Or if that would be the same without being in the same world? Of course it wouldn't be. If anything, I guess it might tarnish the memory. The very recent memory.
Anyway. It's funny, I don't even really know who that girl is but I'm mocking Maebara about it. Such is life.']
Maybe you don't need to plan it particularly.
no subject
Maybe not... But it doesn't hurt to have a guideline or a general idea. Also, I need to give her many happy memories and such so I need to be careful about what I do with her.

['Me being the big expert here.']
no subject
That's true, I really don't want to force anything on her. I suppose that with what I have already is enough, going to the cherry hill and watch the lights together after or before a nice dinner.
Or if it's not too cold a partial picnic.

['Who knew he had the inner Taniguchi inside?']
no subject
... Well, so long as she doesn't perceive it as too romantic it should be fine.
[Everyone else can go and throw up with it, it's decided.]
no subject
...Is she perhaps the violent type?
['All that caution, you know, usually means only one thing.']
no subject
no subject
...Nothing, I was just talking with someone else who was in a somewhat similar predicament.

[He laughs a bit.]
Hope their girl isn't violent either, it's hard to deal with those.

You settling down here okay?

Yeah, unfortunately Luceti isn't the best place to find entertainment. It's a pity they won't just leave Lucetiland in place permanently.
